Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYY RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,116 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYY-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Arginine biosynthetic process, Iron-sulfur cluster assembly, and Regulation of protein folding. Each is linked with PYY in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYY-to-partner and partner-to-PYY results are reported.
