PYY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYY-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL447P, RNU6-781P, and MIR7702. Each is linked with PYY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYY-to-partner and partner-to-PYY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL447P grouped by PYY-low versus PYY-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYY→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
