Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYY mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYY-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMP, MPP, and DC. Each is linked with PYY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYY-to-partner and partner-to-PYY results are reported.
