PYY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYY RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,494 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYY-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD68, GON7, and FPR2. Each is linked with PYY in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYY-to-partner and partner-to-PYY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYY versus CD68 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYY→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
