PYURF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYURF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,563 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYURF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA2, NDUFC2, and NDUFB1. Each is linked with PYURF in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYURF-to-partner and partner-to-PYURF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYURF versus PSMA2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYURF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYURF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
