PYURF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYURF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,149 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYURF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with PYURF in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYURF-to-partner and partner-to-PYURF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly grouped by PYURF-low versus PYURF-high in DLBC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYURF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYURF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
