Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYURF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,823 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYURF-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3L, VASP, and CALU. Each is linked with PYURF in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYURF-to-partner and partner-to-PYURF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYURF versus BNIP3L in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYURF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYURF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
