PYHIN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYHIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,544 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYHIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAK3, ICOS, and CD7. Each is linked with PYHIN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYHIN1-to-partner and partner-to-PYHIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYHIN1 versus JAK3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYHIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYHIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
