PYGM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYGM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,713 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYGM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPB6, PPP1R12B, and VWF. Each is linked with PYGM in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGM-to-partner and partner-to-PYGM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYGM versus HSPB6 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYGM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYGM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
