Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYGM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,851 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYGM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Late viral transcription, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with PYGM in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGM-to-partner and partner-to-PYGM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic grouped by PYGM-low versus PYGM-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
