Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYGM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 105 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYGM-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4X2, MROH5, and LCE6A. Each is linked with PYGM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGM-to-partner and partner-to-PYGM results are reported.
