Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PYGM mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,861 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYGM-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDK1, TNS1, and AEBP1. Each is linked with PYGM in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGM-to-partner and partner-to-PYGM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDK1 grouped by PYGM-low versus PYGM-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYGM→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYGM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
