Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYGL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,854 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PYGL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYGL_S430, ENO1, and AHNAK2. Each is linked with PYGL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYGL-to-partner and partner-to-PYGL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYGL versus PYGL_S430 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
