PYCR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,460 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFSD3, VPS28, and EXOSC4. Each is linked with PYCR3 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR3-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCR3 versus MFSD3 in READ, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
