PYCR3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,512 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF7, FAM83H, and ZNF252P. Each is linked with PYCR3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR3-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PYCR3 versus ZNF7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
