PYCR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCR3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ERK2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with PYCR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCR3-to-partner and partner-to-PYCR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PYCR3-low versus PYCR3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
