PYCARD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYCARD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYCARD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ55, MIR1255B2, and MTCO1P44. Each is linked with PYCARD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYCARD-to-partner and partner-to-PYCARD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ55 grouped by PYCARD-low versus PYCARD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYCARD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYCARD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
