PXYLP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXYLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,568 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXYLP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DBR1, TRIM21, and OSBPL3. Each is linked with PXYLP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXYLP1-to-partner and partner-to-PXYLP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXYLP1 versus DBR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXYLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXYLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
