Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXYLP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,660 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PXYLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM20A, STXBP4, and MCF2L-AS1. Each is linked with PXYLP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXYLP1-to-partner and partner-to-PXYLP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXYLP1 versus FAM20A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
