Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXYLP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PXYLP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, ACC1, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with PXYLP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXYLP1-to-partner and partner-to-PXYLP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by PXYLP1-low versus PXYLP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXYLP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXYLP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
