Across TCGA cell cohorts, PXYLP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,871 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXYLP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with PXYLP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXYLP1-to-partner and partner-to-PXYLP1 results are reported.
