Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 684 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, RNA5SP412, and RTCB. Each is linked with PXK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXK-to-partner and partner-to-PXK results are reported.
