PXDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,053 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, PCOLCE, and COL3A1. Each is linked with PXDN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDN-to-partner and partner-to-PXDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXDN versus P3H1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
