Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,066 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PXDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LOXL2, COL5A2, and LAMA4. Each is linked with PXDN in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDN-to-partner and partner-to-PXDN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXDN versus LOXL2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
