PXDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, PLK1, and RAC3. Each is linked with PXDN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDN-to-partner and partner-to-PXDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by PXDN-low versus PXDN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
