PXDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with PXDN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDN-to-partner and partner-to-PXDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by PXDN-low versus PXDN-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
