PXDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PXDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 767 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEUROD6, CHUK, and FSCB. Each is linked with PXDN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDN-to-partner and partner-to-PXDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NEUROD6 grouped by PXDN-low versus PXDN-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
