PXDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,430 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FERMT2, FMNL3, and ZYX. Each is linked with PXDC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PXDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PXDC1 versus FERMT2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
