PXDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 712 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4314, PER1, and CATSPERE. Each is linked with PXDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PXDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4314 grouped by PXDC1-low versus PXDC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PXDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PXDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
