Across TCGA patient cohorts, PXDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PXDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with PXDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PXDC1-to-partner and partner-to-PXDC1 results are reported.
