Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWWP3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PWWP3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-92P, RNU7-74P, and SUMO2P15. Each is linked with PWWP3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWWP3A-to-partner and partner-to-PWWP3A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-92P grouped by PWWP3A-low versus PWWP3A-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWWP3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWWP3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
