Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWWP2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PWWP2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, ATM, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PWWP2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWWP2B-to-partner and partner-to-PWWP2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by PWWP2B-low versus PWWP2B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWWP2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWWP2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
