PWP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PWP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PWP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-582P, RNU6-778P, and RNU6-66P. Each is linked with PWP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWP2-to-partner and partner-to-PWP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-582P grouped by PWP2-low versus PWP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
