PWP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PWP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PWP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCN2, OR10V1, and TMEM213. Each is linked with PWP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PWP2-to-partner and partner-to-PWP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCN2 grouped by PWP2-low versus PWP2-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PWP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PWP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
