PVT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PVT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,132 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PVT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BOP1, WDR12, and NOP58. Each is linked with PVT1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PVT1-to-partner and partner-to-PVT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PVT1 versus BOP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PVT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PVT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
