PUS7L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,548 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS7L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKDC, UTP25, and MYG1. Each is linked with PUS7L in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS7L-to-partner and partner-to-PUS7L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS7L versus PRKDC in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
