The most reproducible PUS7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS1, SNED1-AS1, and STMN2. Each is linked with PUS7L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS7L-to-partner and partner-to-PUS7L results are reported.
