Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUS7L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,658 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUS7L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation, Regulation of centrosome duplication, and Positive regulation of centriole replication. Each is linked with PUS7L in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS7L-to-partner and partner-to-PUS7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA strand elongation grouped by PUS7L-low versus PUS7L-high in PANCREAS.
