Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUS7L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUS7L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF27, TGM7, and PGK2. Each is linked with PUS7L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS7L-to-partner and partner-to-PUS7L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF27 grouped by PUS7L-low versus PUS7L-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS7L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS7L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
