PUS7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,946 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR1E, DNAJC2, and MSH2. Each is linked with PUS7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS7-to-partner and partner-to-PUS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS7 versus POLR1E in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
