Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,491 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPD3, ZNF280A, and DCPS. Each is linked with PUS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS3-to-partner and partner-to-PUS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS3 versus NCAPD3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
