PUS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,831 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP226, LIN7C, and HSD17B12. Each is linked with PUS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS3-to-partner and partner-to-PUS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP226 grouped by PUS3-low versus PUS3-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
