Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,071 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA pseudouridine synthesis, mRNA pseudouridine synthesis, and mRNA modification. Each is linked with PUS3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS3-to-partner and partner-to-PUS3 results are reported.
