PUS10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,322 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABITRAM, NDEL1_S198, and RPL26. Each is linked with PUS10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS10-to-partner and partner-to-PUS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS10 versus ABITRAM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
