PUS10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUS10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MDGA2, FCN2, and TLX3. Each is linked with PUS10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS10-to-partner and partner-to-PUS10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MDGA2 grouped by PUS10-low versus PUS10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
