PUS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,627 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTSG, PDE1A, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with PUS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS1-to-partner and partner-to-PUS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS1 versus CTSG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
