Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PUS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 746 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P31, RNU6-718P, and MIR7702. Each is linked with PUS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS1-to-partner and partner-to-PUS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P31 grouped by PUS1-low versus PUS1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
