PUS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,448 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOC4L, PGAM5, and RBM19. Each is linked with PUS1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS1-to-partner and partner-to-PUS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PUS1 versus NOC4L in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
