Across TCGA cell cohorts, PUS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,584 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PUS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, and rRNA processing. Each is linked with PUS1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PUS1-to-partner and partner-to-PUS1 results are reported.
