PURPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PURPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,106 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PURPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, NSD1, and ADGRV1. Each is linked with PURPL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PURPL-to-partner and partner-to-PURPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by PURPL-low versus PURPL-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PURPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→PURPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
